About The Position

As a Concord Leader, you will be responsible for assisting with laundry and stripping rooms, conducting daily preventative maintenance on rooms (each room must be PM'ed 4 times a year), and creating great vendor relations with outside vendors to ensure the property is maintained. You will also be responsible for encouraging and supporting team members to reach their full potential, creating a work environment that is a Great Place to Work for all, leading with integrity, transparency, respect, and professionalism, and caring for your team and their families.

Requirements

Previous experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
Assist with laundry and stripping rooms.
Conduct daily preventative maintenance on rooms.
