Requirements

1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience, with progressively developing mechanical and maintenance skills.
Able to read and understand basic blueprints related to equipment and maintenance operations.
Dependable and reliable, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Comfortable with a medium-heavy work environment, including frequent lifting, bending, reaching, standing, climbing, and working around noise, heat, moisture, chemicals, and moving machinery.

Responsibilities

Performs repairs, maintenance, dismantling, installation, and changeovers on packaging and production equipment.
Experienced with mechanical repairs including bearings, gearboxes, belts, hydraulic cylinders, shafts, and minor electrical repairs.
Uses EAM/CMMS systems for work orders and preventive maintenance, following OEM lubrication schedules, GMPs, and all safety procedures.
Skilled with hand tools and equipment including plasma cutters, MIG/TIG welders, hydraulic presses, and oxy-acetylene torches; works effectively with operations and maintenance teams.
