Pressure Washing Manager
About The Position
Carolina Sweepers has been delivering professional property maintenance services to commercial properties for over 20 years. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on, and dependable Pressure Washing Manager to lead our pressure washing operations. This is a working leadership role — you'll be out in the field alongside your crew while also overseeing, scheduling, and coordinating the team to keep our commercial properties in top shape. Requirements
- 2 years of field or maintenance experience preferred, but not required
- Prior supervisory, team-lead, or crew-management experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Active driver license and clean driving record
- Availability to work both day and night shifts, including early/late hours and weekends as necessary
- Ability to work on ladders/roofs and near retention ponds
- Ability to lift 100 lbs or more
- Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather and come in contact with trash
Responsibilities
- Overseeing, scheduling, and coordinating your team's daily assignments and routes
- Leading, training, and mentoring technicians on the job
- Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to Carolina Sweepers' quality standards
- Coordinating equipment, tools, and supplies so crews are ready for each job
- Communicating with management and reporting on team performance and job progress
- Pressure washing
- Performing minor maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, asphalt patching, etc.)
- Performing mechanic maintenance as needed
- Installing and servicing property signs
- Conducting routine property inspections
- Welding (if qualified)
- Safely operating a company vehicle and equipment
- Using mobile apps and completing daily reports
- Managing company tools and credit card with care
