About The Position

Faithworks Total Ground Maintenance is hiring a hands-on crew leader for commercial landscape enhancements and pressure washing projects. This position will begin part-time. As the project schedule grows, there may be an opportunity to move to full-time work. The crew leader will complete jobs such as mulch installation, bed cleanups, sod installation, planting, and pressure washing. We are looking for someone who can organize a job, work alongside the crew, and take pride in the finished result.

Requirements

• Experience with landscape installations, enhancements, or similar outdoor project work.
• Experience leading a small crew and completing jobs to a quality standard.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work and communicate clearly about job progress.

Nice To Haves

• Pressure washing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform landscape enhancement and pressure washing jobs.
• Review work orders and confirm the materials, equipment, and time needed.
• Direct and train a crew member while working on site.
• Protect customer property and follow equipment and safety procedures.
• Record hours, materials used, completed work, and before-and-after photos.
• Inspect each finished job, correct deficiencies, and leave the property clean.
• Keep tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition.
