About The Position

Community Concierge Services is hiring a full-time Pressure Washing & Dryer Vent Technician for its Charlotte-area team. This is an opportunity to join a growing branch, with training and support provided and potential for future advancement into leadership roles. No prior experience is required. The technician reports to the warehouse by 8:00 AM each workday and travels locally throughout the Charlotte area, with occasional regional travel to South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia, and Florida. Company vehicles and the equipment needed for the workday are provided. Employees are expected to remain on-site until daily jobs are complete. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with weekend travel only when required.

Requirements

Willingness and ability to travel for work when needed.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record; a Motor Vehicle Report is required.
Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and stay on your feet throughout the day.
Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team.
Dependability, punctuality, and motivation to grow long-term with CCS.

Responsibilities

Operate pressure washing and dryer vent cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

Complete all required training and certifications.
Stay on-site until daily jobs are completed.
