About The Position

FCS Services is a nationwide janitorial and facilities management company operating across 10+ states. We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning solutions to our clients and building a team of dependable professionals who take pride in their work. We are looking for a reliable, full-time Pressure Washer to join our team at the Lime Garage in Orlando, FL. This is a consistent, stable position where you will play a key role in cleaning and rejuvenating exterior surfaces of commercial buildings, parking lots, sidewalks, and other outdoor areas.

Requirements

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to be on your feet and physically active throughout your shift.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of pressure washing techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating commercial pressure washing equipment preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial-grade pressure washing equipment to clean and remove dirt, grime, mildew, mold, grease, oil stains, and other contaminants from exterior surfaces including concrete, brick, siding, and pavement.
• Assess surfaces to be cleaned and apply appropriate cleaning solutions to effectively loosen and dissolve stubborn stains and buildup.
• Employ proper pressure washing techniques and nozzle settings to achieve optimal results without causing damage to surfaces or property.
• Conduct visual inspections of cleaned surfaces and address any areas requiring additional attention to meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of pressure washing equipment to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
• Interact professionally with clients, addressing questions, concerns, or special requests related to pressure washing services.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
