About The Position

Southern Outdoor Restoration (SOR) is hiring entry-level Exterior Cleaning Technicians to join our pressure washing and gutter cleaning crews. No prior experience is required as we provide full paid training and a clear path for growth. Technicians who demonstrate dependability, initiative, and professionalism have the opportunity to advance into salaried leadership roles quickly. The company offers predictable weekly pay, deposited every Friday, and a straightforward hiring process. Requirements

Dependability: do what you say, every day (Mon–Fri, on-site by 7:30 AM).
A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal safety instructions in English.
Comfort raising a hand early when something's unclear or off-track.
Genuine interest in outdoor, hands-on work.
A drug-free, safety-first mindset and professional conduct on the job.
Physical capability to meet the demands of the role.
Valid NC driver's license and dependable transportation to our North Raleigh warehouse.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we do not sponsor visas.

Nice To Haves

Background in construction or outdoor labor is helpful, not required.

Responsibilities

Handle hoses, wands, ladders, and safety harnesses correctly and safely.
Meet OSHA and internal safety standards on every job.
Lift or pull up to 75 lbs, including holding equipment overhead for stretches of time.
Work at height within fall-protection guidelines.
Follow daily job assignments and safety protocols accurately.
