About The Position

SOR is hiring entry-level Exterior Cleaning Technicians to join our pressure washing and gutter cleaning crews. No prior experience required - we provide full paid training and a clear path to grow. Requirements

Dependability above all: you do what you say, every day (Mon–Fri, on-site by 7:30 AM).
A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal safety instructions in English, required to perform the job safely.
Comfort raising a hand early when something's unclear or off-track.
Genuine interest in outdoor, hands-on work.
A drug-free, safety-first mindset and professional conduct on the job.
Physical capability to meet the demands of the role.
Valid NC driver's license and dependable transportation to our North Raleigh warehouse.

Responsibilities

Handle hoses, wands, ladders, and safety harnesses correctly and safely.
Meet OSHA and internal safety standards on every job.
Lift or pull up to 75 lbs, including holding equipment overhead for stretches of time.
Work at height within fall-protection guidelines.
Follow daily job assignments and safety protocols accurately.
