Weekend Pressure Washer Technician
About The Position
Kept Companies is a commercial cleaning and maintenance company with nine brands and more than 100 locations nationwide, serving industries including restaurant, solar, retail, transportation, and supermarket. The company provides commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services. The Weekend Pressure Washer Technician performs pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties, operates and maintains equipment, and prepares surfaces for cleaning. The role requires following safety protocols, keeping the work area organized, and working every weekend. The position is part-time, with pay of $20–$24 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Physical ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and DMV record check.
- Must be able to work every weekend.

- Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties.
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
- Clean and prepare surfaces prior to pressure washing.
- Remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants from various surfaces.
- Follow safety protocols during all operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
