About The Position
Kept Companies is a commercial cleaning and maintenance company with nine brands and over 100 locations nationwide. It services restaurant, solar, retail, transportation, and supermarket industries, providing commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services. The Pressure Washer Technician performs pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role involves operating and maintaining equipment, preparing and cleaning surfaces, removing contaminants, following safety protocols, and keeping the work area organized.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance.
- Physical ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and DMV record check.

- Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties.
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
- Clean and prepare surfaces prior to pressure washing.
