About The Position

Kohler Co. manufacturing teams are hiring! We’re looking for passionate individuals to join a culture dedicated to safety and innovation, with opportunities for advancement within our Brownwood location. We are looking for Tank Pressure Cast Operators in our Vitreous Department. This position will be based at our Brownwood, TX location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality bathroom products, including luxury bathtubs and toilets.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work in hot/dirty/dusty environments.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

• Requires ability to process a designated number of units.
• Must be able to work scheduled overtime.

• Must also have good attention to detail and able to detect out of tolerance condition.

Responsibilities

• Produces acceptable quantity of tanks and covers.
• Operates machinery controls.
• Performs first line preventive maintenance and mold maintenance.
• Starts, loads, and unloads dryers.
• Moves ware racks to appropriate locations.
• Able to work all of the different workstations while meeting quality and quantity requirements.
• Performs normal record keeping duties.
• Able to recognize and identify any unusual variations which could damage ware or equipment and make appropriate machine adjustments.
• Performs clean-up duties as required.
• Practices and follows all required safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.
