Requirements

• High School diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary education preferred, or related experience
• 1-3 year experience in a manufacturing, stamping environment preferred
• Leadership and supervisory experience in a preferred
• Ability to promote healthy employee relations in workplace
• Knowledge of OSHA
• Knowledge of DOL compliance guidelines
• Weld training preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of workers engaged in press operations including grinding, spotting and polishing.
