About The Position

This role coordinates the activities of workers engaged in press operations, including grinding, spotting, and polishing. The position is for the 3rd Shift.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Knowledge of OSHA
• Knowledge of DOL compliance guidelines

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary education preferred, or related experience
• 1-3 year experience in a manufacturing, stamping environment preferred
• Leadership and supervisory experience
• Ability to promote healthy employee relations in workplace
• Weld training preferred
