Press Set-Up/Operator
About The Position
We are looking for a full time Stamping Press Set-Up Operator to join our press room! Opportunities on both 1st and 2nd shift available. Flexible hours, fun culture, and great work variety; overtime regularly available. This position will be focused on setting-up and operating punch press equipment running progressive metal stamping dies ranging from 30 ton - 200 tons. Requirements
- Motivated, mechanically inclined candidates
- Self-motivated, hands on, natural team player willing to learn
- Detail orientated, with a production and quality mindset
- Able to work reasonable overtime as needed
- Ability to lift raw material or finished goods up to 40 pounds
- Able to stand for up to 8-10 hours per day with minimal break periods, and sit or walk as needed
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in operating/setting up metal stamping presses
- Experience using/reading basic hand measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, calipers)
