About The Position

This role is on the 2nd shift and is eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 52 weeks of employment, and includes a 10% shift premium.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED - minimum
Basic computer skills
Demonstrated basic math skills
Ability to read and understand work instructions in English
2 Years manufacturing experience
Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills
Ability to conduct basic maintenance or mechanical activities as required
Ability to work at a fast pace
Accountable, teachable, approachable
Ability to learn, make decisions, and be creative & flexible
Ability to problem solve
Capable of lifting 50 pounds
Ability to stand up for a minimum of 8 hours

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in an assembly / manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Pack components produced from the press.
Sort, fill, package, and palletize product according to packaging specifications.
Accurately, efficiently, and proactively perform daily duties.
Load coils as required from cradle to reel.
Feed strip of material up to the feeder to be readied for production.
Move all equipment back to storage locations during a press changeover.
Keep station clean and orderly, adhering to 5-S principles.
Keep incoming empty containers in proper locations.
Report all Quality, Production, or Safety problems to the Team Lead.
Ensure finished product is labeled and staged for Material Handler pick-up.
Write and follow up on Work Orders as needed for repairs in the assigned area.
Understand and follow all safety rules.
