This role involves 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:00 AM) with a $2.75/hour night shift differential, following a 3 on, 2 off rotation, which provides long stretches of time off for rest, family, or personal projects.

Requirements

+2 years of printing experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work safely around moving machinery and follow protocols
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Operate, set up, and troubleshoot label manufacturing equipment
Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance
Log production data accurately using computer systems
Support material handling, packing, and cross-department collaboration
Participate in safety training and proactive hazard identification
