About The Position
VAL-CO, a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, specializing in world-famous poultry watering and feeding systems, is currently looking for a Full-Time Press Operator for their Coldwater, Ohio facility. This position offers a starting wage of $21.32 plus a $2.50 shift differential, generous PTO after a 90-day probationary period, weekly pay, and the opportunity for advancement into skilled positions such as Setup, Laser, Welder, Machine Room, and Auger. Overtime is currently available.

Responsibilities
- Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams
- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner
- Ensure that the machine is maintained for the highest level of productivity and quality
- Perform in-process inspections on components being produced
- Complete required logs and shop tracking cards
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area
