About The Position

The role supports daily production by operating press equipment, preparing molds, following safety and quality standards, and helping meet production goals. The position is listed for the 3rd shift and pays $21.83 per hour. Benefits begin on the first day of employment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Manufacturing or other hands-on work experience.
Strong attention to detail and a safety-minded approach.
Ability to use basic measurement tools.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as a team player and communicate well.

Nice To Haves

Quality inspection experience.
Forklift and/or saw operation experience.

Responsibilities

Safely operate press equipment to support daily production.
Prepare molds by cleaning them through scraping or vacuuming, applying mold release, and loading and leveling them.
Use overhead cranes and scales to move materials.
Follow Manufacturing Orders, including material requirements and step-by-step instructions.
Perform quality checks with measurement tools to ensure products meet specifications.
Operate additional equipment, such as press saws, as needed.
Use a forklift to move and stage materials; training or certification is required.
Keep the work area clean and organized using 5S and housekeeping practices.
Enter basic production information into the Movex system.
Stay on schedule and help meet production goals.
