About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Night Shift Press Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on manufacturing, problem-solving, and working with advanced stamping equipment in a clean, safety-focused environment. As a Night Shift Press Operator, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality stamped components by setting up and operating presses, supporting die development, and ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
  • Basic math skills, including measurements and calculations.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, ear protection, and safety shoes.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or otherwise able to comply with U.S. export regulations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of Apprenticeship Program or equivalent manufacturing experience.
  • Experience operating stamping presses, cranes, or industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate dies, presses, and auxiliary equipment to produce quality parts.
  • Collaborate with die assembly and quality teams to support die development and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Inspect stamped parts throughout production to verify critical dimensions and conformance to specifications.
  • Organize, package, and prepare finished products for shipment or next operations.
  • Operate overhead cranes, fork trucks, and production presses safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes using testing equipment and operational experience.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
