About The Position

Qualified candidates will operate the Heat Press machine and feed material into machinery, and lift to 50 lbs. This role involves obtaining a production schedule, verifying material, and feeding it onto the Heat Press machine. The operator is responsible for producing the required daily quantity to meet quotas and maintaining clean and organized workstations. Additional duties may be assigned by the production supervisor or lead.

Requirements

• 1+ years working in a manufacturing setting
• Very proficient with computers
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Possess reliable transportation
• Able to work with minimal supervision post-training
• Able to work day in and day out in a safe manner

Responsibilities

• Operate the Heat Press machine
• Feed material into machinery
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Obtain a production schedule from the lead
• Verify the material before feeding the materials onto the Heat Press machine
• Produce quantity needed on a daily basis to ensure quotas are met
• Make sure the workstations are clean and organized
• Perform any other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead
