About The Position

To support pressman in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements

• High School diploma of GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education an experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.
• Required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle orders, and pressroom equipment and tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear; and lift approximately 50-80 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares next order for press
• Cleans press with Press Operator
• Sets up press with Press Operator
• Maintains supply inventory levels at presses
• Cleans pressroom
• Additional duties as directed by the Pressroom Supervisor
