About The Position

This is a full-time Press Helper position available for both 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves operating and performing at speeds necessary to meet production demand, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and participating in teamwork. Responsibilities include understanding machine set-up, machine runs, plant data entry, handwork, or assembly as assigned. The job requires the ability to bend, reach, and stand for 8 hours or more per day, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work overtime when needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Basic math skills.
Ability to properly use and understand the required measurement equipment, including tape measures and other tools required by specific jobs.
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
Industrial equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds during a normal workday.
Must be able to properly use and understand the required measurement equipment including tape measures, and other tools as required by specific jobs.
Participate in the principles of teamwork.
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
Must operate and perform at speeds necessary to meet production demand.
Must be able to bend, reach, and stand for 8 hours or more hours per day.
Must have good hand - eye coordination.
Be able to work overtime when needed.
Understand machine set-up, machine runs, plant data entry, handwork, or assembly as Job assignments.
