Every part you create will contribute to the production of everyday goods used across the nation.

Requirements

A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
Ability to read part drawings/blueprints.
The ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 pounds.
Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
Must be able to use inspection equipment.
Must be able to learn the flow of production throughout each department.
Must have strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.
Must have basic computer skills.
Proficiency in reading and writing English.
Prior manufacturing experience is required!

Handle tooling, load and unload presses, and manage part extraction with efficiency and precision.
Maintain accurate production records, ensuring seamless operations.
