The company is seeking an experienced Press Brake Setup Operator who can independently set up and run jobs. The role involves fabricating steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts to engineering specifications, inspecting formed parts, and coordinating with other shop teams to maintain workflow and quality.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.

Nice To Haves

  • CNC press brake experience; brand is a plus, but no brand is specified.
  • Job shop experience with high-mix, low-volume work.
  • Offline bend programming.

Responsibilities

  • Read engineering prints, including bend callouts, flat patterns, and GD&T.
  • Set up press brakes by selecting and installing tooling, aligning dies, setting backgauges, and entering or editing programs and offsets.
  • Form steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts across a range of thicknesses.
  • Perform first-article and in-process inspections using calipers, protractors, and radius gauges.
  • Adjust for springback and material variation to maintain tolerances.
  • Coordinate with cutting, welding, and quality teams to keep jobs moving.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision coverage (listed in the posting).
  • 401(k) and match (listed in the posting).
