About The Position

Cutting Dynamics, LLC, part of the Re:Build family of companies and based in Avon, Ohio, manufactures high-quality components, assemblies, and kits for the aerospace industry and other markets. As a Press Brake Operator, you will fabricate parts for a variety of customers by operating a CNC press brake. The role includes production and non-production work, communication with coworkers and supervisors, adherence to quality procedures, and maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work area. The listed shift hours are 4:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Re:Build describes its workplace as a fast-paced environment where employees can take on challenges and develop their potential. Requirements

At least 1 year of CNC press brake experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Demonstrated inspection competence.
Basic mathematical skills.
Ability to read blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

Set up, load, and run products on a CNC press brake machine.
Perform daily equipment maintenance and clean the work area after each shift.
Conduct inspections according to the Process Routing Document and legibly record inspection results.
Complete reports and related paperwork.
Communicate with management, forepersons, operators, quality personnel, and other shop staff about assignments and machining or quality issues.
Follow applicable Quality Management System procedures, work instructions, and forms.
Safeguard company, customer, and supplier property, including electronic, intellectual, and physical property.
