Requirements
- Press brake operating experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read work instructions and blueprints
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- All candidates must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15.
Nice To Haves
- Sheet metal fabrication experience
- Familiarity with metric blueprint dimensioning
Responsibilities
- Operate & Troubleshoot Equipment: Set up and run press brakes and other fabrication equipment.
- Read blueprints and work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Monitor production and make adjustments to keep parts within specification.
- Maintain Equipment & Workspace: Perform basic machine maintenance and safety checks.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient.
- Deliver Quality & Work Safely: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Keep Production Moving: Safely move materials and support efficient workflow throughout the production area.
- Support the Team: Share knowledge, assist with training, and collaborate with teammates.
- Take on new challenges and opportunities to grow your skills.
