About The Position
Direct Marketing Solutions is looking for a Press Assistant/Operator to join our Freedom, PA team. Wherever you may be in your career, DMS could be the place for you! The Press Assistant/Operator's main responsibility is to maintain operation of Web Printing Press and ensuring a continuous production flow. You will be responsible for ensuring quality and consistency through the process to ensure accuracy and efficiency in regard to printing operation.
Requirements
- No experience necessary, will train
- Ability to be on your feet for the duration of a 12-hour shift
- Mechanical aptitude
Nice To Haves
- Printing experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepping ink and maintaining ink, paper, and other supplies to maintain smooth operation of Web Press
- Assisting with daily operation of Web Press
- Monitoring Web Press operation and performing basic troubleshooting as needed
- Palletize and wrap completed product
