About The Position

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking candidates for the CEO Global Presidential Program – Rotational LDP, Creative (Undergraduate). This intensive 18-month rotational program consists of three six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Bachelor’s degree programs. The program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. The Creative track PA will either focus on content design and creation or on store design and physical merchandising. The content-focused Creative PA will explore imaginative storytelling and visual expression through creating artwork, branding concepts, digital media, and compelling content that captivates audiences and communicates a brand’s voice through design and narrative. The physical design Creative PA will elevate the customer experience through spatial aesthetics and product presentation. It involves designing engaging retail environments, thoughtful product packaging, and striking visual displays that spark curiosity and boost product appeal.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027 (or advanced degree with up to one year of full-time non-internship work experience).
• Relevant Creative-related internship or work experience.
• Permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction, for all PA candidates. You must not require sponsorship now or any time in the future.
• Ability to relocate to New York City.
