About The Position

The Presidential Associate (PA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 18-month rotational program consisting of three six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Bachelor’s degree programs. This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders. The Online track focuses on the increasingly important role of e/m-commerce and digital innovation in today’s retail landscape. The Online PA will be exposed to various functions within our organization with a focus on online commercial programming, site merchandising and analytics, and online marketing across brand.com and retailer.com. There will be a particular focus on emerging channels such as Amazon and TikTok Shop, which are fast-growing areas of the business.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027 (or advanced degree with up to one year of full-time non-internship work experience).
• Relevant Online-related internship or work experience.
• Demonstrated record of achievement.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction, now and in the future.
• Ability to relocate to New York City.
