About The Position

As the organization continues to expand its North American presence, SyncLync is seeking a strategic, operations-driven executive to lead the business as President of SyncLync. This individual will play a critical role in driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, improving operational performance, and building a high-performing regional organization aligned with the company’s long-term vision. This is an opportunity for an experienced executive leader to make a meaningful impact within a growing, innovation-focused organization at the intersection of technology, hearing healthcare, and customer experience. The President of SyncLync will serve as the regional General Manager, with full responsibility for business performance across the North American market. This executive leadership role oversees sales, marketing, customer experience, operations, and distribution, ensuring strong alignment with global company objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep executive leadership experience within the hearing healthcare industry, along with strong strategic, operational, and commercial leadership experience. This individual understands the unique dynamics of the hearing instrument and audiology market, including customer expectations, provider relationships, distribution channels, and the evolving competitive landscape. This role requires a leader who can operate strategically and operationally — someone capable of driving high-level business initiatives while building organizational accountability, operational discipline, and long-term market growth. This role works closely with global leadership to shape regional strategy, drive operational excellence, and support long-term market expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior-level business leadership or general management responsibility
  • Significant leadership experience in the hearing healthcare, hearing instrument, or audiology industry
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, provider relationships, customer expectations, and competitive trends within the hearing healthcare space
  • Demonstrated success managing a business unit with full P&L accountability
  • Proven ability to drive growth, operational improvements, and organizational performance
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% or more, including customer visits, tradeshows, industry events, and satellite office locations

Responsibilities

  • Lead the North American business with full P&L responsibility, covering revenue growth, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with global objectives and long-term company growth.
  • Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement operational or strategic improvements as necessary.
  • Drive accountability, operational discipline, and overall business performance throughout the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls, reporting standards, and corporate policies.
  • Lead regional sales strategy and execution to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channel expansion initiatives.
  • Establish clear sales objectives, performance expectations, and accountability measures.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee regional marketing efforts in alignment with global brand strategy.
  • Support strong product positioning, market visibility, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent and professional representation of the SyncLync brand throughout North America.
  • Lead customer service operations with a strong focus on responsiveness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish service standards, KPIs, and performance expectations for the customer support organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Address escalated customer concerns while fostering a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
  • Utilize customer feedback and market insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Oversee operational execution, including logistics, inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution activities.
  • Improve operational efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational risk.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the North American team.
  • Build a culture centered around accountability, collaboration, transparency, and performance.
  • Support organizational growth through talent development, succession planning, and team leadership.
  • Foster strong alignment between regional operations and global leadership priorities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between North America and global SyncLync leadership.
  • Partner with global teams on strategic initiatives and regional execution.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, HR, operations, and shared services teams to support business objectives.
