About The Position
Over the next 18 months, your primary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables include, but are not limited to: Build a winning culture. Build an accountable high-performance culture and be a role model of the Winning Culture at GPT. Attainment of ambitious results. Disciplined execution of the Operating Agenda to deliver in excess of $25M in incremental EBITDA by 2029. Key value creation elements are listed below: New Product Development that helps growers and integrators become more productive and profitable. Technology Development that enables the realization of GPT’s vision of becoming the first to offer an autonomous poultry production system. Aftermarket Growth. Improved Price Realization. Dealer Optimization. Manufacturing Improvements - Taylorville and Bremen. Improved Integrator Relations.
