Responsibilities

Lead a diverse team spanning operations, finance, technology, people operations, culture as you ensure the company has the proper administrative functions in place to allow strategic growth and scalability
Act as a coach to business unit heads as you help them think big picture about their market, refine growth plans, help them steer clear of obstacles and foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across all lines of business spanning a diverse yet vertically integrated mix of entities
