About The Position

Kofile is hiring a Preservation Technician for a critical role in a collaborative, supportive, and high-performance organization. Requirements

• Ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to sit and focus for hours at a time.
• Ability to identify potential roadblocks before they occur.
• Ability to achieve daily goals for both quantity and quality in a production environment.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• High school diploma or GED, one to three months of work experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with document imaging and scanning; Opex, Kodak, Fujitsu, Widetek, Zeutschel, or Bookeye experience is highly desired.
• Experience with 10-key data entry is desired.
• Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Psicapture, Scan2net, Scanallpro, Netsuite, Paylocity, and Teams is highly desired.
