The Maintenance & Preservation Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, scheduling, documenting, and monitoring equipment preservation activities for idle, stored, and completed equipment throughout the facility. This position plays a critical role in protecting company assets and ensuring equipment remains in a saleable, operational, and corrosion-free condition during storage periods. The Maintenance & Preservation Planner will develop and manage preservation programs for large natural gas-powered engines, electric motors, compressors, air coolers, auxiliary equipment, and associated interconnect piping systems installed on production skids. Responsibilities include creating preservation schedules, tracking preservation compliance, developing work packages, coordinating labor and materials, maintaining preservation documentation, and ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with company standards and manufacturer recommendations. This position works closely with Operations, Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance personnel to ensure equipment preservation activities are properly planned, executed, and documented. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and comfortable working in both office and field environments.
