About The Position

As a Presentation Designer, you will shape clear, compelling presentations that communicate complex ideas with precision and impact. The role focuses on transforming content into structured narratives and visuals aligned with Kyndryl and customer brand guidelines, emphasizing storytelling, information hierarchy, and visual clarity, primarily at the skeleton and surface levels of design. Most of your time will be spent designing and refining presentation materials, collaborating with stakeholders to understand intent, and ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability across deliverables.

You will design and develop presentations, create layouts, charts, diagrams, and visual systems, and refine existing presentations to improve flow and consistency. You will partner with content owners to clarify objectives, audience needs, and key messages, manage multiple requests against timelines and quality standards, and ensure presentations are accessible and suitable for live or distributed use.

The U.S. compensation range is $63,360 to $114,120 for a full-time schedule, with different ranges for specified locations and compensation varying by geography, skills, and experience. The position is eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, subject to applicable plan terms. Requirements

• Experience designing professional presentations for enterprise or customer-facing audiences.
• Ability to structure content into clear narratives using visual hierarchy and layout.
• Proficiency in presentation and visual design tools such as PowerPoint or equivalent platforms.
• Working knowledge of brand guidelines and ability to apply them accurately and consistently.
• Experience combining language and visuals to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Attention to detail in layout, typography, spacing, and visual consistency.

Nice To Haves

• Background in graphic design, visual communication, or information design.
• Experience supporting executive, sales, or customer presentations.
• Familiarity with accessibility principles for presentations.
• Ability to interpret rough content or outlines and turn them into polished materials.
