About The Position
As a Presentation Designer at Kyndryl, you will shape clear, compelling presentations that communicate complex ideas with precision and impact. You will transform content into structured narratives and visuals that align with Kyndryl and customer brand guidelines, emphasizing storytelling, information hierarchy, and visual clarity, primarily at the skeleton and surface levels of design. Most of your time will be spent designing and refining presentation materials, collaborating with stakeholders to understand intent, and ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability across deliverables. You will manage multiple requests while meeting timelines and quality standards, and prepare presentations for live or distributed use.
Requirements
- Experience designing professional presentations for enterprise or customer-facing audiences.
- Ability to structure content into clear narratives using visual hierarchy and layout.
- Proficiency in presentation and visual design tools such as PowerPoint or equivalent platforms.
- Working knowledge of brand guidelines and ability to apply them accurately and consistently.
- Experience combining language and visuals to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Attention to detail in layout, typography, spacing, and visual consistency.
Nice To Haves
- Background in graphic design, visual communication, or information design.
- Experience supporting executive, sales, or customer presentations.
- Familiarity with accessibility principles for presentations.
- Ability to interpret rough content or outlines and turn them into polished materials.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop presentations that translate complex information into clear, structured visual stories.
- Apply Kyndryl and customer brand guidelines consistently across presentation materials.
- Partner with content owners to clarify objectives, audience needs, and key messages.
- Create layouts, charts, diagrams, and visual systems that improve comprehension and decision making.
- Edit and refine existing presentations to improve flow, hierarchy, and visual consistency.
- Manage multiple presentation requests while meeting defined timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure presentations are accessible, easy to navigate, and ready for live or distributed use.
