About The Position

Join our team as a PreScreen Specialist in consumer sales and make a positive impact on the lives of Veterans and their families. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering sales presentations, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for helping Veterans and their families
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office and remote). Minimum 40% in office.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare sales and/or healthcare customer service preferred.
  • Comparable experience/degree may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from potential clients seeking information about our home care and related services.
  • Outbound calls will involve prospecting for new leads, qualifying potential clients, and communicating with referral and care partner organizations.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and addressing their needs.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques.
