About The Position

Join our team as a PreScreen Specialist in consumer sales and make a positive impact on the lives of Veterans and their families. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering sales presentations, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for helping others, a background in intake and/or inside sales in a B2C environment, and a drive for continuous improvement and success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for helping Veterans and their families.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office and remote). Minimum 40% in office.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare sales and/or healthcare customer service preferred.
  • Comparable experience/degree may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from potential clients seeking information about home care and related services.
  • Make outbound calls for prospecting new leads, qualifying potential clients, and communicating with referral and care partner organizations.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting service benefits and addressing needs.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques.
