About The Position

The Goddard School in Spring House is hiring Lead and Assistant Preschool Teachers to support children across a range of ages and developmental levels. The school is opening a new classroom in January 2027 and is adding two teachers to its growing team. Teachers may work with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, pre-K students, and school-aged children; opportunities to explore different ages and developmental levels will be provided while the school and teachers identify suitable placements. The role involves collaborating with the Lead Teacher and other classrooms, creating and implementing daily lesson plans, using positive classroom management, and supporting children as they lead their learning through play. The school describes its environment as supportive, vibrant, and nurturing, and emphasizes teacher development and collaboration. The position pays $17.00–$20.00 per hour. Requirements

Three years of verified experience in early child care.
Experience working with infant, toddler, preschool, pre-K, and school-aged students.
Passion for high-quality education for young learners.
Comfort collaborating with a Lead Teacher and other classrooms.

Experience with positive classroom management techniques.
