About The Position
Primrose School of St. Charles at Heritage is hiring a Preschool Teacher to provide nurturing care and support young children's development. The teacher will build trusted relationships with families and create joyful learning experiences using the school's digital learning platform and Balanced Learning curriculum. The position offers a welcoming childcare environment, an on-site leadership team invested in employee growth, engaged owners, and high-quality facilities focused on health and safety. No nights or weekends are required. Training is provided for some positions, and prior experience is not required.
Requirements
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.

Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans provided for the teacher.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth.
