About The Position

Spring Education Group is a multi-brand education network of superior private school institutions spanning infant care through high school, currently composed of approximately 220 schools. Chesterbrook Academy, part of this network, is seeking a creative and passionate Preschool Teacher to join their team. The preschool program provides a balance of learning and play, helping children build the academic and social skills that prepare them for Pre-K and beyond. As a Preschool Teacher, the role involves inspiring curiosity, nurturing confidence, and creating meaningful learning experiences that make every day exciting and purposeful for young learners.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a nurturing, enthusiastic personality.
• Authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
