About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a positive, safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children. The teacher helps children learn, play, grow, and thrive, supporting their academic and emotional development. The Preschool Teacher implements the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and uses its characters to make learning fun. The role involves building relationships with families and colleagues and communicating regularly with parents about children’s activities, experiences, and achievements, including through mobile apps and personal discussions. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee. Compensation is $16.50–$18.00 per hour. Applicable state licensing requirements apply.

Requirements

At least six months of professional teaching experience is required; one year is preferred.
A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field is preferred.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
