About The Position

Spring Education Group is a national network of independent schools serving students from preschool through 12th grade. Heritage Oak is a private school serving preschool through 8th grade, with a curriculum integrating academics, arts, athletics, and community service. The Preschool Teacher supports students’ foundational education by delivering the school’s curriculum through varied learning strategies and creative teaching methods. The teacher engages young students, supports their growth, and helps foster a lifelong love of learning. The role includes planning and delivering lessons, maintaining a participatory classroom environment, collaborating with colleagues, and communicating with families about student progress.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage students, colleagues, and parents.
Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
