EXPERIENCED Preschool Teacher-Full Time
About The Position
We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and flexible Preschool Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Professional and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine team player
- Flexible and comfortable working with different preschool age groups when necessary
- Able to accept feedback, coaching, and direction professionally
- Willing to mentor and support less-experienced coworkers when appropriate
- Comfortable working in a busy, changing, and sometimes challenging environment
- Sees challenges as opportunities to help improve the classroom and school rather than becoming discouraged by them
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Texas Child Care Minimum Standards
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete required certification
