About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a positive, safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children. The teacher will help children learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally by implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and using its characters and engaging learning materials. The role involves building relationships with families and colleagues and communicating regularly with parents about children’s activities and achievements, including through mobile apps and personal discussions. Applicable state licensing requirements apply. This franchise is independently owned and operated; hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

At least six months of professional teaching experience is required; one year is preferred.
A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field is preferred.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
