About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, dedicated Experienced Preschool Teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally. The role involves working with infants, toddlers, or preschool children and supporting each child’s individual needs. Teachers use the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® and create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing classroom. They communicate with families about children’s experiences and achievements, and collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, engagement, and center success. Classrooms are described as immersive and equipped with technology, materials, and resources. The company offers ongoing childcare training, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways. Applicable state licensing requirements apply.

Requirements

At least six months of professional teaching experience is required; one year is preferred.
A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field is preferred.
Must meet applicable state licensing requirements.
Genuine passion for the education and care of children.

Partner with daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
Build relationships with families and coworkers and create an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
