About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, dedicated Experienced Preschool Teacher to create a positive, engaging learning environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally. The teacher will create a welcoming classroom, nurture children’s development, and implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, or preschool children, adapting to each child’s needs. The position also involves communicating with families, partnering with center staff and leadership, and helping support the center’s enrollment and engagement goals. Applicable state licensing requirements apply. The Learning Experience describes its early education approach as joyful, engaging, and fun, with a curriculum covering six ages and stages of early childhood development through hands-on learning. The franchise is independently owned and operated; hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

At least six months of professional teaching experience is required.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

One year of professional teaching experience is preferred.
An associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field is preferred.
Passion for the education and care of children.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow.
Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, or preschool children in a way that meets each child’s unique needs.
Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
Communicate regularly with parents about children’s activities and achievements, including through mobile apps and personal discussions.
Partner with daycare center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals.
Build relationships with families and coworkers and create an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
