Requirements
- One year of professional teaching experience (required).
- High school diploma/GED (required).
- Applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

- Six months of professional teaching experience.
- An associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree.
Responsibilities
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum using fun and engaging characters.
- Building relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
- Communicating regularly with parents about their children's adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
