About The Position

At Primrose School of Woburn, we are looking for a skilled and experienced early childhood teacher to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who want to teach preschoolers effectively and are seeking real support. Our classrooms are built for independence, with ample space and resources for children to explore and learn. We emphasize social-emotional growth as an integral part of the curriculum, helping students develop self-awareness and emotional regulation. Each classroom has two co-teachers with shared ownership and decision-making, ensuring consistent support. A dedicated support teacher covers breaks and days off, maintaining classroom routines. An education coach provides daily support, acting as a thought partner and resource. Planning time is integrated into the paid schedule, allowing teachers to leave work at work. All classroom materials and supplies are fully provided, so teachers never have to pay out of pocket.

Requirements

Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) teacher certification (required)
Demonstrated experience in early childhood education, with preschool-age children preferred
Full-time availability (this is a full-time position)
Consistent schedule of 40 hours every week

Experience with children aged 2.9–3.8 as of September 1st

Responsibilities
