About The Position

Join Our Team as a Preschool Substitute Teacher! We’re seeking warm, energetic, and adaptable Preschool Substitute Teachers to support our dedicated team when staff coverage is needed. Requirements

• Completion of 12 semester or 18 quarter units in Early Childhood Education (including child development, family/community, and curriculum) or a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development
• A patient and caring nature, with a strong desire to support young children
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior teaching experience with preschool or pre-K students

Responsibilities

• Implementing lesson plans and maintaining a positive classroom environment
• Supervising students with care, attention, and kindness
• Supporting classroom routines and reinforcing daily schedules
• Maintaining the classroom’s organization and welcoming appearance
• Building strong, respectful relationships with students and staff
